Real estate video Presentation Is The Future and we’re building up the Stayments YouTube channel.
We know the importance of online visibility and exposure and therefore we’ve started to focus more on our growing YouTube channel that’s now one of our most important tools for us to show you some of the best and most popular properties that we represent on the Thailand real estate market
Our first task was to find a qualified candidate for the “video wizard” position and the choice fell on Praew, a young and former animation and media student from the Chiang Mai University and Praew is now running the show when it comes to shooting property videos in the field, editing audio and video files, generating colorful thumbnails and finally uploading and posting on our social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Second task was to get the Stayments team in gear and prepared for being in front of the camera instead of only showing properties face to face with clients on daily base, but now also able to show properties online through the mentioned social media channels, but also able to arrange a video walkthrough of a specific property per request by using communication applications such as Messenger, Line, WhatsApp and WeChat.
We hope you will enjoy our videos as we’re putting a lot of time and effort into the work so we can stand out better and more visible in a difficult market that’s heavily challenged du to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
